Procedures of Teaching
I’m teaching entrepreneurship lesson about introduction to business implementation. I prepare a teaching plan and then I send it to my mentor to be corrected and approved. I’m use K-12 curriculum collaboration with Religious Virgin Mary (RVM) Curriculum. So, i’m begin class session with pray in their religion. I’m doing active learning with discussion and digital quiz. I’m use formal lecture with direct learning, group activity and digital assessment.

Time Management and Organizing Activities
In formal lecture, I’m show PPT and short video about Jolibee Business Phillippies and Ayam Geprek Bensu Indonesia. Then, I’m explain output and material about Introduction to Business Implementation. In Group activity, the students grouped into 3 persons per group. Each group must set up their own business. They tasked to prepare a concept of their own business including the types of business, vision, mission that gives the image they desired and how are they going to project it. They given 10 minutes to prepare it. In digital assessment, The students divided into 2 person/pair. Each pair login in Kahoot! website for join digital game quiz introduction business implementation and organizing enterprise. Each pair choose correct answer in multiple choice game. Each question have times 30 seconds for answer.

Problem Solving
Students are very happy
to take lessons in my class session. I do group activities for students to
study together and have interaction with friend. In group activity, every
student teach and exchange opinions about the material received during the
lesson. Thus, making students really understand about the Introduction to
Business Implementation material. Students also understand how to implement
business for success with a vision, mission, name and business goals.
Clasroom Management
The character of high school students tends to be noisy and active. I give instructions to students for staying focused in the lesson. I also condition students to remain calm when I explain and are active in discussions. I managed to do class management by applying discipline to students.
